Returns
Need to return a stainless steel handle? No problem! Just follow these steps:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you decide you'd like to return an item or items. Please include your full name, items being returned and the order number (if available).
- We will respond within 1 working day to arrange a courier pick up of the item/s.
- We will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 working days of the items being returned to us, following confirmation that the following conditions are met:
- Handles must not have been fitted to the door/window or used in any other way other than to initially inspect them
- All original tags must be attached
- All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
- All items must be in saleable condition
It may take 3-5 working days from processing for the refund to appear back in your account depending on your bank.
Refunds will be made in full, minus the the cost of return (the cost of return will at maximum, be the same as the original shipping charge). If the return is due to the incorrect item being sent, items that have arrived damaged or faulty, all postage costs will be reimbursed.
